The Ostriga is a revolutionary system for shellfish cultivation, specifically designed for oyster farming. A single tray can hold up to 22lbs (10kg) of shellfish – 100 oysters – to be harvested at a final weight of 3.5-4.2oz (100-120gr) each. A minimum of 50 trays is required per order.
